At Loved Like Family, your pup’s safety, comfort, and well-being are our priorities. Please review our policies before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Stays of 14 days or less: Full payment is required at booking.
Stays of 15 days or more: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due at drop-off.
Boarding is charged by calendar day, including both drop-off and pickup days.
Stay length is determined by the dates on your booking confirmation.
Discounted rates are available for stays of 15 days or more, based on length of stay and care needs.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled stay will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled stay are nonrefundable.
Early pickups and shortened stays are not eligible for refunds.
Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
A current rabies vaccination certificate is required.
Dogs must be free of illness and on flea and tick prevention.
A properly fitted harness is required for walks.
Boarding is limited to a maximum of three dogs at a time, generally weighing under 50 lbs and with low to moderate shedding.
Please provide:
Enough food and medications for the entire stay, plus a few extra days’ supply.
Feeding instructions, medication schedules, and any special care information.
A favorite blanket or comfort item, if desired.
Provided at no additional charge: Crates, food and water bowls, toys, treats, and medication administration.
Weekdays: Preferred hours are 5–8 PM.
Weekends: Flexible scheduling by arrangement.
All drop-off and pickup times must be confirmed in advance.
Pickup and drop-off transportation is available for an additional fee when arranged in advance.
Owners must provide current contact information, veterinary details, and a local emergency contact authorized to pick up their dog if needed.
In an emergency, every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner and arrange appropriate veterinary care.
Owners are responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during their pet’s stay.
A complimentary meet-and-greet is encouraged before your pup’s first stay.
Private boarding cannot be guaranteed, but separate feeding and playtime can be accommodated.
Every pup receives personalized attention, affection, and care based on their individual needs.
